INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH YOUR USAGE OF OUR WEBSITES AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS

Like many other companies, we use various technologies to collect information and track your activity when you visit our websites and use our mobile applications. For example, we may use cookies (small files sent to your browser to store information) or web beacons (invisible images placed on certain pages of our websites) to collect personal information about your use of our websites. We may also collect analytics and information relating to your usage of our websites and mobile applications such as your IP address, the browser, mobile device and operating system that you are using, the URL that referred you to the website, your physical location, the areas of the websites and mobile applications that you visit, the extent and nature of your usage and the time of day that you access the websites and use the mobile applications.

The information we collect allows us to track your activities across our various websites and mobile applications and to improve your user experience and the functionality of our websites and mobile applications. We may also use this information to market specific products or services to you, or to customize the websites and mobile applications for you. We may also use this information to create aggregated and anonymized information to determine which features are most popular and useful to users, and for other statistical purposes.

OTHER WEBSITES AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Our websites have links to other sites or services not provided by us, including social media websites that we may use along with you. These websites or services may have different privacy practices and policies than ours and we recommend that you to review their privacy policies to determine if they are acceptable to you. While we are not responsible for those privacy policies and practices, we are responsible for any personal information we collect, use or disclose on those websites or services under this policy.

ADVERTISING NETWORKS

We may work with advertising networks that deliver targeted advertisements to consumers and generate statistics and metrics related to the delivery of such advertisements. Advertising networks collect information about the websites that you visit and the advertisements that you interact with using tools such as cookies, web server logs and web beacons. This information is used to serve you targeted ads based on your inferred interests and preferences as well as for auditing, research and reporting to us and other advertisers. This data collection takes place both on our websites and on third-party websites that participate in the advertising networks. While we do not provide any personal information to advertising networks, when you visit websites or view or interact with an advertisement, the possibility exists that the advertiser will make the assumption that you are interested in the subject matter of the advertisements.

Many companies that collect information for targeted advertising are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”). NAI offers the ability for you to opt-out of the targeted advertising programs of their members by going to http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp or http://www.aboutads.info/choices. Please note that if you use a different computer, change your web browser, or delete your cookies, you will need to renew all of your opt-out choices.

Please also note that this does not opt you out of being served advertising but only excludes you from targeted (i.e. interest-based) advertising. If you use our websites, you will continue to receive generic advertisements.

SAFEGUARDS

We protect your personal information in our custody and control from loss, misuse, unauthorized access and alteration by using reasonable physical, organizational and technological security measures.

To the extent we have arrangements with service providers to store or process personal information on our behalf, our policy is to require them by contractual or other means to provide comparable protection while the information is stored or processed by them. However, these service providers may have privacy policies of their own.

While we believe these safeguards are reasonable and are comparable to the safeguard provided by providers of similar services, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient to protect the privacy and security of your personal information in all circumstances.
